Photoshop und Bridge brauchen 2 Minuten zum Starten (am Mac)

Photoshop und Bridge starten zunächst normal, die Arbeitsflächen btw Bilder erscheinen, doch dann kommt der Frabenkreisel und die Programme reagieren ca. 2 Minuten lang nicht. Ich benutze einen neuen Mac mit ausreichend Speicher, System 10.14.6.
