Photoshop update creating problems saving to Lightroom.

Since Photoshop was updated yesterday (supposedy to remove any bugs), I am not able to save an image back to Lightroom.

I receive a message that says 'unable to save due to programme error'. Ihis needs fixing as I am unable to use my current workflow, and images are not being saved to LR.
