Photoshop update stuck around 90% windows

Hi everyone,

I have a problem since a few months about my photoshop updates, they use to stuck around 90% with an error and I have to restart each time my computer to get it works.

Anyone would know what would be the problem ?

Yes my computer is good no problem with that, the message is like "the download is slow we try to resolve the problem" something like that and then the download failed.

About reset preferences I didn't try it

I just tried it to reset preferences but same issue
