Photoshop V 21.2.2 Lag a lot on my MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

I recently install Photoshop 2020 V 21.2.2 in my brand new MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) and was working super well (appart the express keys who was not working!!!)  UNTIL few days ago it start to LAG a lot. Unusable now!!!!

I'm using a Cintiq 22HD. I've tried also to unplug the Cintiq, but the same lag with the mouse happenned. So it doesn't seam that it could be related with the Cintiq.

This is a VERY BIG problem cause I have to deliver a very big project and I cant work with that tools !!

So, is there somebody who can help me with this desperate situation ?

Is it an known problem ? Should I change to an older version of Photoshop ?

PLEASE HELP !!!

Here is my computer setup:

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

Processeur: 2,3 GHz Intel Core i9 8 cœurs

Mémoire: 32 Go 2667 MHz DDR4

Graphisme: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 Go
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 Mo

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences to see if that helps, you can do that under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.
