I use the Pen Tool a lot. In Adobe Photoshop CC 2020 (v21.2.2) the Pen Tool line looks terrible.

Thickness size is 1 px. (CC 2020)Thickness size is 1 px. (CC 2020)

Increasing the line thickness of the Pen Tool doesn’t solve the problem.

Thickness size is 2 px. (CC 2020)Thickness size is 2 px. (CC 2020)

I don't know where this bug came from. After all, in other versions of Photoshop everything was good. This is a screenshot from Adobe Photoshop CC 2018:

This line looks just perfect. (CC 2018)This line looks just perfect. (CC 2018)

Please pass this information on to the developers. There are more important things than this problem. But this little thing also needs the attention of the development team.

Looks like the Anti-alias Guides and Paths in the Photoshop>Preferences>Performance>Graphics Processor Settings>Advanced Settings is not working correctly.

You can report it over here where adobe wants users to write up bugs:

Thank you for your help, Jeff!

This is not a rare problem.

I've noticed this with other users too:

I had a very similar issue under Windows. Any 22.2.xx version doesn't detect my GPU, and the Pen looks all raggedy. Rolling back to 21.1.3 solved it for me.

Thank you for your help!

On a Mac rolling back to this version didn’t solve the problem 😞
