Photoshop v21.2.4 cannot run program

Hi,

Windows 7 SP1

Photoshop 2020 v21.2.4

32GB Ram

DLL Files (www.dll-files.com) :

1. api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll

2. api-ms-win-core-version-l1-1-0.dll

3. api-ms-win-core-localization-obsolete-l1-2-0.dll

4. api-ms-win-core-kernel32-legacy-l1-1-1.dll

After I download & put the DLL file in System32 & SysWOW64, the program cannot run. Please help me and find the solution.
