Photoshop version 22.3 freezes when I use crop feature

Using Photoshop 22.3 version (newest version) when I open any photo in Photoshop, and use crop feature the program freezes and I have to use Ctl, alt delete to close program. The older version of Photoshop works fine. Any ideas?

I have no help to offer but I'm having the exact same problem with the Crop feature in Photoshop.

I've got the same problem. I had to back down to the previous version of photoshop to work around it. I'm running Windows 10, no GPU on a Dell Optiplex 7050, with everything updated.

Is this just in Photoshop or is it in Camera Raw?

For me, no graphics card. I did not try cropping in Camera Raw, but I did open and convert multiple CR2s before trying to crop in photoshop when it would freeze.
