Hi Photoshoppers. I'm having issues opening up new and existing files and not able to see the content. The screen pushes the content up to the very top of my screen. If I change view to 100% scale or smaller.. it just does nothing.. I'm using Photoshop 2021. Anyone else having issues. It was fine last night. I've restarted. Uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled Photoshop... with no success...
