Photoshop wants me to pay but I already paid.

I went to get on Photoshop and it wanted me to sign in which was weird because I don't normally have to do that. I signed in and it kicked me out of photoshop and wouldn't let me use it. It was saying I needed to pay but I already paid for a whole year in January of 2021. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas of how to fix this?

Are you signing in with the same username and password attached to your subscription? Could you accidentally have multiple Adobe accounts?
