I just got the newest Macbook Pro with the macOS Big Sur and cannot load Adobe Photoshop at all.  I am a professional photographer and NEED this for my business.  Does anyone have any advice that actually works.  I've already tried everything I've read that Adobe has posted and it is doing nothing for me

Can you first confirm that you are trying to install Photohop CC and not an old legacy version.

If so, have you first accessed your account and downloaded the CC desktop application? You would then download and install Photoshop via that app.

If you are doing all of the above, what error message are you seeing?

Same problem on my Mac mini M1 (Big Sur 11.2.3), PS 2021 (22.3) freezes on the startup screen, I have tried all the proposed solutions and nothing works. The Adobe CC desktop application does not work properly either, but the web version does.

The funny thing is that PS 2020 does work correctly and without problems.

Adobe does not make a version of Photoshop called a "web version". What are you actually using?

I don't mean PS, but Adobe CC. I log into my Adobe account via web browser and manage my applications from there (the Adobe CC desktop application does not work correctly).

On the other hand PS 2020, the desktop application, does work correctly.
