Photoshop will not open after update

My specs:

Dell XPS 15 (2020)

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti  (Driver version 461.40)

Intel Core i7-10875H CPU @ 2.30ghz

32GB RAM

For some reason, Illustrator and Photoshop won't open with the GPU options ticked. I've updated to the Studio Driver but that hasn't helped. With Illustrator, I could bypass the GPU settings from the landing page, but Photoshop crashes before I can do anything. Help!!

Do you have more than one monitor/display driver installed?
