Photoshop will not open any images.

I'm using PC. I updated to Photoshop 2021 last week on both my desktop and laptop. Both computers seemed to load it just fine. The problem I'm having, is that on the desktop Photoshop will not open any images. Not from Bridge, Lightroom, Camera Raw or even from Photoshop itself. I keep getting an error message. Does anyone have a solution?

Try installing an earlier version (before 13) of Camera Raw.
