Photoshop won't boot: "Could not initialize Photoshop because of a disk error"

I have uninstall and install a previous version and the same error...  Win 10

Anyone had this error?

Thanks for the reply. I found the issue. It was my swapfile that was too
small. I increased it and PS is working just fine.
