Photoshop won't open, Creative Cloud won't let me press anything on the app.

I just migrated my old Mac (2019) to a newer one. Both have Big Sur 11.2.3. 

The new Mac has an M1. 

When I try and open Photoshop 2021, it acts like it is going to work but then it doesn't respond. I have to force quit every single time. 

When I try and open Creative Cloud, the app comes up but does not let me press any buttons on the app. Non responsive. 

Should I just uninstall and reinstall? Not sure what the problem is here. Photohshop was a little weird even before my migration to the new Mac. It would freeze a lot. Thanks!

Here the same problem. It's kind of annoying. Need to deliver work to clients and Photoshop is not working.

This is exactly what I am experiencing. When I migrated everything from my intel based imac onto my m1 macbook pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Cloud App are not responsive and I am unable to uninstall anything as those options are now frozen. Help please!

I had something simular. Think it came with the latest update of OS Big Sir.
I deleted all the progams and OS Big Sir and put everyting again on my
Macbook pro. Now it works again. But it gave me a lot of stress....

Been a long time online with the Apple and Adobe helpdesk, but they
couldn’t solve the problem.

Big Sur 11.3 it all works now of a sudden. Hopefully it continues to work with 11.3.1...

Mine is crashing as soon as I open a file with 11.3.1
