Photoshop wont allow me to use 3d

Hi, i edit 360 photos and 3d is a must need for what i do but when i click on 3d everything is grayed out and i cant click on anything. I searched the internet for a solution but couldnt find anything useful. If somebody could help me with this problem it would be greatly appreciated!

Does your Graphics card support 3D?

If so your document must be in RGB mode andin Preferences > 3D be sure it's set to 1 GB or more.

 

3D may have problems with multiple graphics cards.
