picture turns black in photoshop + no color at all

I'm opening the raw picture and it opens the camera raw filter, I see the picture clearly. after that, I tab open, and then ALL BLACK!!! NO COLORS IN SWATCHES AND ETC. no colors can see the picture all the widows are black squares.
