Pixel looks detached / strange and even weirder when zoomed out ( PLEASE HELP )

So the black pixels in the corners look very weird here are some photos. Please help me fix.

Do you mean View > Show > Pixel Grid?

Can you post a capture  where we can see the Image frame so we can see the zoom percentage.  In all you posted it looks like your are zoomed way in where you can see magnified over 500%  You can not judge image quality there all pixels will look square and solid in color under your microscope.

You are most likely trying to create a high quality image using to few pixels. You need to start creating you image on a canvas with many more pixels  if you want smooth curves and circles
