Hello everybody!

I am using Photoshop 2020 and everytime I am opening an image it appears pixelated although the original file is nice and crisp. Even when I export them and crank everything all the way up, they are still saved pixelated (lower quality) as compared to the original photo.

I am using a MacBook Pro with Radeon Pro560X 4GB and Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536MB.

Can anyone please help???

Thank you! 🙂

Figured it out 🙂

Sorry, I am new to Photoshop. I was dragging and dropping an image into Photoshop.

Thank you 🙂

What size in pixels is your image and what zoom level are you viewing at?

Hi

Glad to hear you have it sorted. Photoshop is very powerful but occassionaly can be tricky to figure out. Come back and post again if you get stuck.

I had the same problem! GabrielSp mentioned their issue was coming from dragging and dropping (which is what I was doing). This led me to believe we need to import as opposed to dragging a photo and dropping it into the Lightroom/Photoshop application. I imported "properly" and it fixed the issue!
