Plan to Fix Windows Ink?

Every update of Photoshop for Windows 10 users is currently Russian Roulette: much of the time it breaks the various fixes we have had to make to get proper wacom functionality, and now it seems even the userconfig hack no longer works.

Is there a plan to finally fix Photoshops' interactions with Windows?

Photoshop recent updates are very bad. It broke the whole workflow. Until the problem was fixed, we turned to alternative programs.

- Pen Pressure does not work
- OpenCL does not work.
- I can't use the Rotate Canvas tool.
- Color picker does not work.
- Opacity Circle and Brush Sizing are not working.
- Wacom Pen too bad with window ink settings ...
- PSUserConfig text setup does not work.

Yes same, I have been investigating alternative software but am happy to stick with PS if this is fixed

Adobe is working to fix the issue.
