Please help! I can't find my animators tool bar extension even after searching!

Hello!

So I recently bought the Animator's Tool bar extension and I can't find  even after searching through the extension tab in Photoshop. I've tried trying to download it as a .zxp file but with no luck Adobe says I'm unable to access it due to being unauthorized, even though I just bought it. I'm not sure if it's due to using a personal computer given to me by my school or just some odd bug.

Even while trying to look at my creative cloud, it doesn't show the new extension I bought even though a recieved a reciept of it after my purchase. Please help, I've been trying to animate for hours and  unable to do my work due to this issue. :(( 

Also, the computer I'm using is a macbook and it is currently updated to the current software, catalina.

Get support for Adobe Exchange problems

If you still face problems installing or accessing your extension, get support from Adobe, or directly from the extension producer.

• Find the contact details for each producer on the Notes and Docs section.
• Contact Adobe support at asupport@adobe.com

I have done just that but have yet to receive any help from Adobe at all. I will try to contact the producer. 😞

Sorry to hear that. Yes, try emailing the developer, as long as you have proof of purchase, there should be no problem.

What tool bar extention and from where?

Did you Install it? Just buying and downloading it does install it for use in Photoshop.

It's the Animator's Tool Bar that I had foundi n adobe exchange.  I got the receipt and download link yet the link does not let me download the .zxp file and after a few hours my extension dissapeared from the "my exchange" tabs as if I had never bought it yet I still have the receipt. It also does not appear on my creative cloud nor PS under extensions. 😞
