I have just updated to Photoshop 2021 but my ON 1 10 plugs-ins are not working.  I went to Library>Application Support>Adobe but there was no Plug in folder there.  I was following some advice and apparently Plug-ins should be in the list.  I thought that was where you pasted your plugs in.  I have attached a screenshot of where I thought the plug in folder should be via the route above.

Plug-ins are not migrated by Adobe Installers.  You need to install your third party plug-ins into Photoshop 2021.   The one you installed into Photoshop 2020 need to be installed into 2021.  There should be a plug-in folder in Photoshop 2021 install.  I use windows so I do not know where the Plug-in folder would be located on a Mac.

I suppose the Plug-ins folder should be in the installation directory, So it should be something like the following

/Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2021/Plug-ins
