Hi this is an old issue that has been raised before. But, the steps listed in the link below do not work for me. Today I installed a new Panel that shows up as a "legacy" panel and is cut-off. My question is that is there any way to remove the legacy label - and - will that help in resolving the issue?

From your screenshot only, with no descriptiopn, I've no idea what the problem is. However, have you raised the issue with the author of the plug in?
