Creative Cloud has extensive access to plugins for PhotoShop. I have an educational subscription that allows access to all Adobe products so it has been a natural part of research to explore the power of plugins. One free plugin was installed and one paid plugin. The purchased plugin appeared, the free plugin would not. After a rigorous process of troubleshooting and support contact that took many hours of support time, I was anonymously informed by email that student subscribers are denied access to unpaid plugins.
I have searched my contract and other Adobe online resources and cannot find a single reference to this policy. I wonder if I am the only person that has explored this dead end.
