Possible bug with crop tool PS 2020?

I'm getting this issue with the crop tool when you rotate the crop area. It happens in both std and classic crop modes. Anyone else having this issue - or is it a new 'feature'?

W10, AMD 8core processor, and 32GB ram.

Not seeing the issue here with Photoshop 2020 on Windows 10, tried both standard and classic, looks like it could be an issue with your GPU driver, have you tried updating it from the manufactures website
