Preferences are not saved PS

Good Morning,
When I set up my workspace in Photoshop, as well as the ruler, tools, font formations, etc. everything works fine.

However, if I restart the MacBook or close Photoshop completely, all presets are gone and the user interface is reset to the factory settings. At first I thought it was just an update problem. So far nothing has changed in the last 6 weeks.

Hardware: MacBook Pro M1, 2020, 32GB

Have you checked anout permissions issues?

Did you save a custom Workspace etc.?
