Presets after reinstalling Photoshop CC

Hi,

I am new to Creative Cloud.

I have to reinstall my Photoshop CC because it has been installed in Korean but

I want to change it to English after changing language in CC first.

(Since most tutorials I am finding are in English)

Will I have to re-load Workspace, Brushes, Custom Shapes again after reinstall,

or will Creative Cloud somehow maintain them after re-installation?

I rather keep my UI in Korean if I have to re-load all of the presets again.
