problème résolution 72 dpi en 300 dpi

Bonjour, j'ai un problème pour passer une photo de 72 dpi en 300 dpi sur photoshop. 

Quand j'effectue la manipulation la photo devient inexploitable comme la photo ci dessous. Est-ce que quelqu'un sait pourquoi sa palnte ?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
