Problème écran noir

Bonjour,

 

Quand j'ouvre mon application Photoshop, j'ai l'écran noir, je ne vois pas le menu de démarrage d'acceuil, j'ai directement l'écran noir et même quand je clique sur "fichier-->Nouveau" rien ne se passe.

 

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé l'application mais rien n'y fait.

A GPU driver is software that handles communication between the operating system and applications, but since you're on a MAC as far as I'm aware you can't update it.

Can try hitting CMD + K to see if it brings up the preferences, if it does, click on the Reset Preferences on Quit button and restart Photoshop

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have, have you tried updating/reinstalling you GPU driver from the manufacturers website

J'ai un MacBook Pro (15 pouces, mi-2012), je ne m'y connais pas du tout en terme d'informatique, c'est quoi pilote GPU ?

We're sorry for the black screen issue. I see that you are on Photoshop 21.1.2 version. Check out the following troubleshooting article and try the offered solutions: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-home-screen-issues.htm

 

Also, you can update the Photoshop 21.2 version which is out now and see if that helps.
