Ce message va peut-être sembler manquer de politesse et je m'en excuse mais je suis actuellement en panique.
Cela fait plusieurs mois que Photoshop ne marche pas bien, bug, rame et même se fige soudainement mais depuis la dernière mise à jour, c'est devenu ingérable. Je m'explique: 5 minutes de travail = 2h d'écran figé avant que mon ordi ne s'éteigne tout seul et alors que je perde ce que j'avais à peine commencer.
J'ai absolument besoin de Photoshop pour un travail universitaire que je dois rendre avant le 23 avril, et pour tout vous dire, ayant commencé bien en avance en début février, j'étais censée avoir terminé en ce moment, mais avec tous ces problèmes, je n'y arrive pas !
J'ai tout fait. Désinstaller pour installer à nouveau, passer à la version précédente, chercher une quelconque aide ici. Rien, nada.
Alors, j'espère vraiment qu'on trouvera une solution à mon problème et très rapidement car franchement, étant étudiante et n'ayant pas de l'argent qui coule à flot, je n'ai pas envie de payer pour un Photoshop qui ne me cause plus de soucis que ne m'aide.
Je vous mets quelques informations sur mon ordinateur pour vous aider à trouver une solution.

How much space does your current drive have available? I have an additional drive that works as a scratch space drive for when I work on larger files so Photoshop does not freeze. That has removed the problem for me. It may be that your computers hard drive is low on space, which is what PS requires when working thus causing the problem

What type of hard drive do you use? Do you have a seperate drive to work from and another for the OS? Do you use a solid state drive?
If you do use an external Solid State drive (as do I) then I suggest that you do not fill your scratch disk space and on ocasion when things are not going well, clean off the scratch drive and reformat it. I've found that to correct most problems of crashing and losing documents.

I don't have external Solid State drive, it's the hard drive of ma computer...
I really don't know what I have to do to resolve my problem... I don't know why Photoshop doing this out of nowhere...
I really hope you can help me and thank you very much for your answer.
