Sorry to hear about the problem with Filter galler and lighting effects in Photoshop, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working with?
Also, which graphics processor is installed in the computer?
Could you try udpating the graphics drivers and see if it helps?

Pouvez-vous essayer de reinstaller photoshop en Anglais pour le problème filtre Eclairage? (changer la langue dans les preferences de l'application creative cloud, reinstaller, -c'est rapide- puis dans photoshop, preferences, interface, sélectionner l'anglais et redémarrer?
J'ai fait plusieurs essais, quand j'ouvre Photoshop, le filtre éclairage fonctionne une fois ou deux, ensuite non. la galerie de filtres de fonctionne pas.
