Problem after updating photoshop version 2021

Hello, after the last update I have a problem with the cursor display. When I press the Alt + right mouse button, the cursor size adjustment function and the edge softness appear, and the cursor is displayed in red (picture 1). But when I upload 25-30 photos to photoshop at once, this function disappears, the cursor is not highlighted in red. At the same time, the zoom function disappears when you hold down the space bar + Alt + left mouse button, it will change the algorithm. It seems that the GPU is shutting down. Previously, I could upload 100 + photos at once and everything worked fine.
