problem with a new installation

hello, my husband has cancelled his ps subscription and now i have newly registered. but now i can't install ps on my own name, ps always says "trial period expired", although i registered with my name as usual and have my own ps account. what can i do to have ps installed on my name?

You don't need to reinstall it with another account. Just open Creative Cloud, logout and login with your account using which you purchased the subscription. However if you did not purchase the subscription on the new account then you won't be able to get a new trial on the same machine
