Problem with Adobe Creative Cloud App

Dear Adobe Creatiev,

I have an acount with Adobe Creative Cloud. Also I have all design App.

My problem Is when I want to open Photoshop it does not open and befor opening it goes to Renew your Subscription.

could you please help me that haow can i open the app.

Try going to accounts.adobe.com (be sure to have your password handy as it may ask) > Plans & Products and use the "Contact support" link at the bottom. They should be able to help you.

I suggest making sure that your Creative Cloud App is up-to-date.  Under the app preferences there is a check box to keep it up-to-date.

I assume your account is not up to date. Try checking the account plans and if everything is right, then contact customer support. They should be able to help you!
