Problem with brush and alt

Hi. I heard that it is a possibility to open eyedropper tool while using brush tool and clicking alt in Photoshop. I tried to do this, but instead of eyederopper something weird is turning on... it looks like two overlapping cursors and it works like move tool and it doubles layers at the same time... How can I solve this problem? Changing workspaces does not help, alt and brush don't want to open eyedropper. Regular eyedropper (not from brush) opens normally.

I solved it by myself. I have to use left altt to open eyedropper because the one from the right turns on this weird thing...
