problem with changing the virtual memory discs

help me it's urgent!

photoshop said that the "virtual memory discs" are full so i have to change them with other disc, i have an hard disk and it's connected to the pc but in the window that opens up to change the disc, my hard disk isn't in the options. So i can't change anything cause there aren't other options.

How is it formatted? exFAT doesn't work well in MacOS. It has to be HFS+ or APFS.
