Problem with display driver

Hello!

Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver,and has temporarily disabled enhancements which use the graphics hardware.Furthermore photoshop doesn't allow me to check the box of ''Use Graphics Processor '' in the preferences as help support suggested!

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Without any system information nobody can tell you why PS may not like your graphics hardware.

I have the photoshop version 22.2
