Hello,
After one year of using of Photoshop and Lightroom, suddenly I enter and see nothing inside: no presets, no folders, no actual setting, no resent works... everything dissaperaed.
Programs offers me pass the tutorial like it's firtst time.
How can I restore my profile?

Did you accidentally move or delete these folders? Look in the trash and search your disk for the missing folders.

It's not about only folders. All settings of profile were resets.
