Problem with Generator in latest update of Photoshop

I just updated my Photoshop to the latest version 22.0.1  and now I'm getting that dreaded "Problem with Generator...."  message, which basically means I am unable to export from Phtoshop.

I went through all the recommended steps from previous posts on this topic, including whitelisting \Adobe\Adobe Photosshop 2021\node.exe  on my MalwareBytes.  Adobe Photoshop 2020\node.exe was already whitelisted.

I even temporarily disabled AVG and that ddn't help either.

Any additional ideas or fixes for this?

Nobody here, nor anybody at Adobe support is able to fix this problem.  I guess my days of using Photoshop are over.
