Problem with neural filters

Hello

I just updated photoshop but I cannot download the neural filters. Can you give me a solution. It's a bug?

Report the issue to Adobe and provide the withe your system information.  They do download on my Windows 10 system.  However, many are beta code and Adobe changed their Photoshop GPU support and many  GPU are no longer supported and many others do not meet Adobe new GPU requirements. Your current GPU may be of limited use.   Adone PS 22.3 has reduces the GPU features for my Nvida Quadro to basic mode.  Their  old GPU support could use  Advance mode features.  Some of the neural filters seem to take forever to apply the filters effects. You may need to upgrade your device.
