After updating from 22.2 to 22.3, the image processor no longer works, I updated Bridge and Photosho at the same time. The image processor starts from Bridge normally but stops at the end and brings a scrpt message. The RAW files are not converted to JPG. I then reset to Photoshop 22.2 where the image processor works.

Hi there,

Sorry that the Image Processor is not working in Photoshop version 22.3 via Bridge.

Which version of Bridge are you using and what is your computer's OS?

Damaged preferences or workspaces can cause unexpected behavior in Adobe Bridge. Purging the cache can fix display issues for thumbnail previews.

  • Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.
  • Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

If that does not help,  would you mind restoring the preferences for Photoshop & see if it helps? See this article for reference: https://t.co/ulJI7cGn1G

You may want to backup your settings beforehand: https://t.co/4dX7gkr36D

Thanks,

Akash
