Problem with transform tool and smart filters in photoshop latest photoshop verison?

Hi, so I have a smart filter applyed to a smart object and when I go to transform the smart object photoshop informs me that while using the transform tool it will temp disable the filter. the problem is that when I click OK and no matter were my mouse curser is on the screen the smart object is automaticly resized?

Kinda hard to explane hope you understand what I mean

Um I may have goofed, said problem only accurs when the diolog box show and you have to click OK if you click don't show again the problem goes away.
