problema con photoshop

ho installato photoshop poco fà, ma lo sfondo è tutto nero. la foto viene visualizzata da photoshop ma rimane tutto completamente nero. non mi fa lavorare e non capisco il perchè

We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop. 

Please go to the Preferences of Photoshop, then Performance and uncheck the option to Use Graphics Processor. Once done, quit and relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
