Problema de inicio de Photoshop 2020

Hola,Buenas tardes quiero informar que a mi programa de photoshop no le carga la pantalla de inicio se queda cargando.

¿alguien podria ayudarme con ese problema?

Sorry to hear that Photoshop does not load on your computer. Could you please let us know the operating system you're on?

Also, have you tried reinstalling Photoshop and see if that helps?

You may also try updating photoshop to version 2021 through the Creative Cloud app and let us know how it goes.
