problema em ferramentas - Photoshop

Bom dia, estou com um problema no clic do mouse, clico em um lugar ele em coutro, isso esta acontecendo na ferramenta carimbo e nas ferramentas de seleção. o que pode ser?

That shouldn't be happening, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the issue? Also, please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working on.
