Desde windows 10, adobe photoshop no puede ejecutar el recorte de fotografías, se pega.
Exijo una solución pronto.

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Desde la ultima actualizacion a mi también se me bloquea photoshop al escoger la herramienta de recorte.
