problemi funionamento photoshop

Buongiorno a tutti, ieri ho acquistato il pacchetto "fotografia" di Adobe. Ho proceduto con l'installazione di Lightroom e Photoshop, ma mentre il primo funziona Photoshop dopo qualche minuto di lavoro si blocca o meglio il cursore del mouse si muove ma il programma è bloccato. Ho provato a seguire i suggerimenti indicati nel sito ma non sono riuscita a risolvere il problema. Qualcuno si è già trovato in una situazione simile? Cosa posso fare?

Non compare alcun messaggio di errore, il programma si blocca e non consente di di effettuare operazioni. Si blocca dopo  qualche minuto compiendo qualsiasi operazione.

In a first step I would reset the Photoshop preferences.

What do you do before Photoshop crashed? Do you have opened a file?

Do you have run other programs when you start Photoshop? It's possible that not enough ressources available. Your system only meets the absolute minimum requirements. 

 

Check the Windows log filre if there are any informations about the crashes of Photoshop.
