For the past two days, I have been trying to figure out how to export an eps file in photoshop.

I have a large document PSB (around 9gb) 300 cm x 600 cm 300dpi, 8 bit, CMYK. I have been asked to send an eps file (with layers) for printing. The usual option is not appearing (Save as > eps).

can someone help me, please?

Ask if they will accept TIFF.  Owing to EPS limitations, it's rarely used anymore.

A 9 GB file can only be saved as PSB, but for a 3 x 6 meter image 300 ppi is overkill – 100 ppi should be more than enough.

That would reduce the file size to just over 1 GB, and it can be saved as a Tiff, which has a 4 GB file size limit.

EPS is an obsolete format which doesn't support proper color management.
