Problems getting access to Photoshop and Lightroom today

Hi, I'm having trouble getting on to Photoshop and Lightroom.  I pay a subscription every month but when I try to open Photoshop and Lightroom, I am asked if I would like to purchase them or start a free trial.  I've been using them for some time now, does anyone know if this is a common problem and how it can be fixed?

Is your Adobe cloud account up and running and logged into?

Hi Mike, yes I checked that then double checked it.

This is the first time I've experienced any problems and I haven't changed any settings (as far as I'm aware lol)

Although I don't see any mention of Adobe on my icloud account.
