Problems just today after the update

I cant save in other format that PSD, PSB or TIF, when I open a file and save with control alt S works fine, but if I add a layer the Photoshop is not able to save in another format different to that Ive indicated.

everything works fine untill clouds auto upgrade photoshop and now I cant work, what do I say to my costumers????????, Im payin for a software than never should works like this or adobe shouldnt release un incomplete upgrade..

You did not read the update changes. Or search this Forum. Adobe Changed Photoshop. You should also have more than one version of Photoshop installed. If  an Adobe update breaks Photoshop 2021 you can use Photoshop 2020. Adobe breaks Photoshop often. Read Adobe'sa list of know issues in Photoshop 2021 something  like 20 to thirty Issues and some work around and solution.   Photoshop is in flux many changes are being made for various reasons.

You should use Save a Copy instead of Save As, please read official instructions from here https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/whats-new/2021-4.html
