Problems using Luminar 4 as a plug in

Hi, it's been a few weeks since I found the following problem: when I open Luminar 4 com plug in from photoshop 2021, when I save the processed file and go back to Photoshop, a black level appears instead of the processing. I tried to reinstall both Luminar and Photoshop, delete the cache. In Lightroom the problem does not occur.
Suggestions?
Thanks

Yes I do, but no solution. I wrote to Adobe support, waiting for a solution.

Thank you

I would not have thought Adobe would supply support for another product.

Dear Derek, if the problem is with Photoshop but not with Lightroom, it is certainly a problem of Adobe and not Skylum.
